INFORMATION TO PARENTS AND ASSISTANT (E) S MOTHER (THE) S

Parents and employers assistant (e) breast (the) must establish a written contract, pursuant to Article 4 of the Collective Agreement of Maternal Assistants Individual Employer.
The proposed contract is in conformity with usage, but can be changed by the two contracting parties.
Parents and assistant (e) breast (the) need to think and perform together. For this, all possible situations must be discussed, as well, the child will not be placed in the middle of a misunderstanding.

This contract must be established before the child arrives in the wizard (e) breast (on) and, in case of emergency placement, within days of the arrival of the child. In addition, the employer shall provide a copy of the agreement or the employee must ensure that it has one-to-date.

The contract is drawn from the statutory and regulatory provisions in force pertaining to:

  • Code of Social Action and Families
  • code of public health
  • the Labour Code
  • the National Collective "of the individual childminders employer"
  • Law No. 2005-706 of 27 June 2005 on childminders and carers
  • Decree No. 2006 - 627 of 29 May 2006

The employment contract may not contain provisions less favorable.

Parents may perceive the "supplement free choice of childcare," they so request at the CIF or MSA, early in the hiring of the childminder. CAF said the employee's job at the National Center Pajemploi.
