• EARLY CHILDHOOD: setting up a relay of childminders (October 2009)
• CHILDREN: territorial coverage in after-school care Betschdorf (active), Hatten / Rittershoffen (opening April 2010), Aschbach / Oberroedern / Stundwiller (opening 2011/2012)
• YOUTH: diagnosis of needs and expectations of young people for setting up of entertainment suitable
• SENIORS: setting up a relay of Human Services (November 2009) and a home for seniors (opening 2011)
• COMMUNITY LIFE: stimulation and support for pooling of objectives and means of associations
