Public procurement and framework agreements are contracts for consideration by the City of Hatten to meet its requirements for works, supplies or services.
The procurement code comes from the decree No. 2006-975 of 1 August 2006 and supplemented by various decrees and orders. It confirms the principles of freedom of access to public procurement, equal treatment of applicants and transparent procedures for all public contracts and framework agreements, regardless of their amounts.
These principles ensure the effectiveness of public procurement and proper use of public funds.

These notices shall include the essential elements that allow a trader to know the characteristics of markets and framework agreements that the contracting authority wishes to spend. And will be specified on the subject of consultation, the type of contract, the date of publication, the deadline for submitting applications and procedures for requesting application.
