Proposed by the President, and unanimously by members present, the Board agreed to add three points to the agenda:
1. Approval of Minutes of Board Meeting May 4, 2010
The report was adopted by 17 votes with one abstention.
2. Bank of equipment: regulation, pricing, logistics criteria
The community council, after discussion, unanimously approved by members present modalities of the establishment of the bank material as follows:
3. Garbage fee: approval of the settlement
The draft regulation was submitted to the council which makes changes and finalize the document after a broad discussion. The Community Board, by unanimous vote of members present, approved the settlement of garbage fee with immediate effect following Annex 3.
4. Garbage fee for professionals: approval of the list of professionals subject to royalty
The community council on the nomination of office, approves the categories subject to garbage fee as follows:
5. Repair works at the sports ground of Hatten: supplier selection and transfers of appropriations
Work to stabilize the platform at the sports ground Hatten are needed. Bids from three companies are not technically identical.
The Community Board supported the President to establish technically identical bids and choose the lowest bidder to perform this work.
The Community Board approves a transfer credit of 15 € 000.00 in the investment section of the post 020 (unexpected expenses) as 17 operations in 2148.
6. Repairs to the roof of extracurricular Betschdorf: choice of supplier
This point was recovered from the council meeting of May 4, 2010. After a re-consultation of several companies, three companies submitted bids.
The community council unanimously with one abstention of members present chose to entrust the work to the company the lowest bidder, the Co Aschbach Strasser, for $ 29 € 007.51 including all taxes, and charges the President of performing all acts relating thereto.
The amount of work is budgeted investment for 2010.
7. Public service concession for the management of extracurricular Betschdorf and Hatten for the period 1 September 2010 to August 31, 2013: manager selection
After taking into account the remarks of judicial review of the Sub-Prefecture of Wissembourg, the Community Board, by unanimous vote of members present, approved the choice of ALEF (Association of Recreation Educational and Training), located 21 , went to the economy as 67,370 Wiwersheim manager extracurricular community of common Hattgau for the period 1 September 2010 to August 31, 2013 as part of a delegation agreement public service following the specifications approved by the Board in its meeting of March 30, 2010.
The president is responsible for signing the convention of public service delegation and all related documents.
8. Extracurricular transportation for the period 1 September 2010 to August 31, 2013: approval of the choice of carrier
After consultation with several carriers, the Board unanimously by members present chose to entrust the transport service for extracurricular Betschdorf Hatten and the company the lowest, transport Striebig Brumath for the period 1 September 2010 to August 31, 2013.
The daily rate of transportation for extracurricular Betschdorf is 87,00 € and the extracurricular activities for transportation of Hatten of € 109.50 including VAT; firm price over the period of agreement.

9. Equipment in the furniture of extracurricular Hatten: choice of supplier
Five companies submitted bids following the listing preset. Opinion of the Committee on childhood / early childhood, the community council, by unanimous vote of members present, decides to award the supply of furniture extracurricular Hatten of the company the lowest, the Co Office for School Library Kaysersberg $ 21 € 000.00 incl.
The President is responsible for signing the order and all related documents.
Expenditure is budgeted investment of extracurricular Hatten.
10. Kitchen appliances from extracurricular Hatten: choice of supplier
Three companies submitted bids following the listing preset. Opinion of the Committee on childhood / early childhood, the community council, by unanimous vote of members present, decides to award the supply of kitchen equipment Hatten extracurricular activities to the company the lowest, the Axima Refrigeration Co Mittelbronn (57370) for $ 18 000,00 € incl.
The President is responsible for signing the order and all related documents.
Expenditure is budgeted investment of extracurricular Hatten.
11. Pricing benefits of extracurricular Betschdorf and Hatten for the academic year 2010/2011.
The Community Board, by unanimous vote of members present, approved the pricing of services and extracurricular Betschdorf Hatten ALEF following proposal manager for the school year 2010/2011 (Annex 4).
12. Approval of the principle of a tripartite agreement of municipalities of Sauer-Pechelbronn Soultzerland and Hattgau for a study of land-motorized traffic
Proposed by the President, the Community Board, by unanimous vote of members present approved the principle of a tripartite agreement with the communities of common Sauer-Pechelbronn, driven by the CDC Soultzerland Sauer-Pechelbronn for a study of land-motorized traffic . This study is registered in the contract territory from 2009 to 2014. /
The President is responsible for negotiating an agreement to offer members and part of the steering committee. Convention will be submitted for approval to the community council in due course.
13. Amendment No. 1 market lot No. 1 of extracurricular Hatten
To ensure maximum safety to the building of extracurricular Hatten, the President shall submit an estimate of the Co Heiby for modifying the fence completely covering said building an additional fee of 1 € 853.50 excluding VAT, or 2 € 216.79 incl.
The board unanimously approved by members present this additional cost burden and the President to sign with the Co Heiby an amendment to the market lot No. 1 correspondent.
14. Request for classification of tourist areas
Given the general code of territorial communities;
Considering the code of tourism, in particular Article L.
133-11, L.
134-3;
Considering Decree No. 2008-884 of 2 September 2008 on tourist areas and tourist resorts classified, in particular Article 1;
Given the inclusion of the tourist office of inter-Betschdorf Hatten in the court of Wissembourg dated March 20, 2009 in Volume 20, folio 11;
Unanimously by members present, deliberates:
Permission is granted to the President to request the name of tourist group of municipalities according to the procedure provided for in Article 1 of Decree No. 2008-884 for the aforementioned territory consists of the following common designated "Betschdorf and its municipalities associates "," Hatten "," Rittershoffen "" Aschbach "," Stundwiller "," Oberroedern ".
